2023年6月16日にオープンします。
場所は旧渋谷TOEI跡地。TOEIが閉館した際は、渋谷からまた１つ映画館がなくなり、とても残念な気持ちでしたが、再び映画館としてのオープンはありがたい。
また35mmフィルムでの上映が可能なスクリーンも併設していることも嬉しい。
ロビーのデザインは、中山英之氏。ロビーにはブックストアも併設される。
館名ロゴやオープニング・キービジュアルのデザインは、畑ユリエ氏。
旧Bunkamuraにもあったカフェ「ドゥ マゴ パリ」も併設され『大人の映画館』としての雰囲気も楽しみです。オープニング上映はマギー・チャンのレトロスペクティブとミュージカル映画特集です。
“Bunkamura Le Cinema Shibuya Miyashita” opens

It will open on June 16, 2023.
The place is the former site of “Shibuya TOEI”. When TOEI closed, there was another movie theater in Shibuya, and I was very disappointed, but I am grateful that it will open again as a movie theater.
It is also nice to have a screen that can screen 35mm film.
The lobby was designed by Hideyuki Nakayama. There is also a bookstore in the lobby.
Yurie Hata designed the museum logo and the opening key visual.
There is also a cafe “Deux Magots Paris” that was in the old Bunkamura,
I’m also looking forward to the atmosphere as an “adult movie theater”.
Opening screenings feature retrospectives and musical films on Maggie Cheung.
